Who is responsible

What data we collect

This website has no forms or accounts, and it does not use its own cookies or analytics tools.

We only receive data when you write to us through the contact buttons, which open your email program: your email address, any name you include and the content of your message.

What we use it for

To reply to you and, if you are interested, to talk with you about the pilot project. We do not use this data for anything else, and we do not sell it or share it for marketing.

The legal basis is your request to be contacted and any pre-contractual steps that follow from it (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in replying to you (Article 6(1)(f)).

Where it is kept and for how long

Messages are stored in our email service, Zoho Mail, hosted in the European Union. We keep them while the conversation is relevant and for at most two years after the last contact, unless it leads to a contract.

The website is served by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your device's IP address.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, or object to its processing, by writing to [email protected].

You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD) at www.cnpd.pt.
